  • Image preview — click any attached image for a full-size view with zoom and pan.
  • Attachments show as a row of thumbnail tiles.

Improved

  • Organizations can fix the order of their Pages.
  • Right-click a conversation in the sidebar for its menu.

Fixed

v1.5.3 — August 22, 2026

New

  • Permanent attachments — a chat's files stay openable when you reopen or share it, and Pages can hold downloadable files.

Improved

  • A refreshed look — deeper teal, new typography, calmer surfaces.
  • Tool approvals read in plain language and show exactly what will run, with one-click copy.
  • The selection toolbar floats at the bottom, copies text as well as cells, and can be hidden.

Fixed

  • Values marked as text display exactly as written.
  • Assorted polish on Pages selection and the Ask Agent popover.

v1.5.2 — August 13, 2026

New

  • Recently viewed — the pages, artifacts and chats you opened last sit on the chat screen when it's idle, badged by kind and filterable, so picking up yesterday's work doesn't start with a search.
  • Ask AI from the welcome card — a question box in the welcome screen, with suggestions to start from. Asking takes you straight into a chat.
  • Arrow keys scroll Pages and Artifacts — up and down move a long report the way they move a document. Grids, text fields and dialogs keep their own arrow behaviour.

Improved

  • The notifications bell shows placeholder rows while it loads, instead of a header over blank space.
  • Team → Usage now names downloads, chats started, and changes to chat sharing.

Fixed

  • On a forecast chart, a series that stops partway — actuals, where the projection takes over — had its end label and dot drawn at the far right of the plot rather than on the line, clipping the top of the chart.
  • The notifications bell could render as an empty box.

v1.5.1 — August 10, 2026

New

  • What's new — a bell on the chat screen keeps the announcements you've been sent, so closing one doesn't lose it.

Improved

  • Pages are ordered by what you actually use — the ones you and your team open most sit at the top, starred ones first.
  • Ask about anything you highlight — select text in a Page or report and ask the agent about it, the same way you can with rows and cells.
  • Loading placeholders now match the layout that replaces them, so grids stop rearranging as they fill.

Fixed

  • Show more on a long message was invisible against the message behind it.
  • Copying a selection that spanned a report's sheets could come out empty.
  • Team → Usage didn't reload when you pressed Refresh.

v1.5.0 — August 9, 2026

New

  • Scheduled reports — put any artifact on a schedule (Refresh → Refresh automatically…) and it becomes a Page your team can open, rebuilt for you.
  • Refresh on demand, with an optional instruction for one run or for every run. Stop a rebuild any time.
  • Version history — switch between versions from the header.
  • Ask Chat where something is — describe a report by what it's about ("the yarn delivery one", "that supplier delay dashboard") and Chat finds it and gives you a card to open. It only looks at Pages and reports you have access to.

Improved

  • Pages and scheduled reports share one grid, with your sections as filter chips.
  • Artifacts gains All, Mine and Starred filters, plus sorting.
  • Report text is larger, darker, and can be selected and copied.
  • The Automations tab is gone; tool access moved to Org Settings → Approved Tools.

Fixed

  • Older versions of a report could render empty.
  • A shared link to a scheduled report could open in Artifacts instead of Pages.
  • The Starred filter in Artifacts could hang while loading.

v1.4.9 — August 3, 2026

New

  • Reports in one artifact — the assistant can now save a single artifact that combines narrative, charts and tables in the order it chooses, instead of splitting an analysis across several. Each table carries its own title and description, so a saved report reads on its own.
  • Pin columns — pin the columns you're reading by to the left of a sheet and they stay put while you scroll across the rest. Right-click any column header to sort, pin or hide it.

Improved

  • Sheets use the whole window — a Page or artifact that is a single sheet now runs edge to edge, with the row count and pagination pinned along the bottom. They used to trail the last row, so on a large table you had to scroll past thousands of rows to reach them. Columns are also sized to their contents instead of sharing the width equally, so values stop being cut off.
  • Better charts — the value axis carries its unit, so a percentage reads 40% rather than 40. Lines are labelled at their right-hand end instead of through a legend, and category labels stay horizontal instead of tilting.
  • KPI cards lead with the number — the figure is the largest thing on the card, the period it covers sits under the label, and a change carries an arrow showing which way it went, not colour alone.
  • Shared chats are easier to find — a link icon marks conversations shared with your organization, and a filter in the chat sidebar lists just those.
  • Double-click a section in the sidebar to jump back to its list, or to a fresh chat.

Fixed

  • Sign-in no longer fails when a link is requested for an account that uses Google — you now get an email pointing you to the right button — and sign-ins that could fail on a busy network now succeed.
  • Columns that measure a change are coloured correctly when lower is better, and left uncoloured when neither direction is good. A drop in error rate no longer reads the same as a drop in revenue.
  • A percentage change on a card lost its unit and showed spurious decimals, reading -9.13 where it meant -9.1%.

v1.4.8 — July 27, 2026

New

  • Notes on your Pages — a Page can now carry free-form explanatory text and per-table descriptions, so a dashboard holds the context you need to read it — definitions, caveats, how to interpret a table — right alongside the data.

Improved

  • Tidier agent activity — the steps the assistant takes on its way to an answer (lookups, tool calls, and the like) now fold into a single, quiet line so the answer leads. Expand it any time to see exactly what ran.
  • Small tables are interactive in place — a table that already fits on screen is now sortable and selectable without expanding it first; larger tables still open to full screen.
  • Cleaner, calmer visuals — a warmer chat backdrop, simpler Page cards, and Page descriptions that use the full width.
  • Dense charts no longer overlap their x-axis labels.

v1.4.7 — July 23, 2026

New

  • Ask an agent about an artifact — every saved report and chart now has an Agent panel. Open an artifact and chat with an assistant that can query its data to answer your questions, revise it in place, or spin off a new version — all without leaving the Artifacts screen.
  • Continue in chat — from an artifact's or page's Agent panel, one click carries the conversation into the full chat, keeping its context, so you can pick up with the complete chat experience.
  • Star your chats — star the conversations you keep coming back to and they gather in a new Starred section at the top of the chat sidebar.

Improved

  • Start a new chat from anywhere — the ⌘N / Ctrl+N shortcut now opens a fresh chat from any screen, not just the chat panel.
  • Refreshed the assistant side-panel for artifacts and pages — a cleaner welcome, a header that shows what you're working on, and an input that matches the main chat.
  • Team → Usage: the AI usage sheet now has a Source column and a summary stat strip up top, with clearer columns (user, calls, AI tokens, and cost).

Fixed

  • Fixed infinite scroll stalling partway down the Artifacts screen.

v1.4.6 — July 14, 2026

New

  • Memory — the assistant now keeps a small, evolving memory of your team's shared vocabulary and each member's working preferences, and carries it from one conversation to the next, so you spend less time re-explaining what you mean. Admins can review and edit their organization's memory in Org Settings.

Improved

  • Clearer update prompt — once a new version finishes downloading, the update button turns green and reads Restart to Update, so it's obvious the update is ready to install in a single click.
  • A shared Page link now opens with the sharer's filters already applied, so your teammate lands on exactly the view you shared.
  • Team → Usage now has a dedicated Artifacts tab, plus clearer labels in the Recent Activity feed.

v1.4.5 — July 10, 2026

New

  • Share a Page with your team — every Page now has a Share button (and a share option on each card) that copies a link your teammates can open right in the app.

Improved

  • Press ⌘F / Ctrl+F to jump straight to the search box on the Pages and Artifacts screens.
  • Number columns in tables now sort and filter numerically, so formatted values like percentages and currency order correctly.
  • The Artifacts tab opens instantly and refreshes in the background instead of reloading each time you open it.

Fixed

  • Removed Password Reset from My Account (sign-in no longer uses passwords).
  • Fixed Artifacts search-box glitches — flicker when clearing or pressing Esc, and the box vanishing mid-search.
  • Smoothed the Pages list so it no longer flickers while your starred pages load.

v1.4.4 — July 6, 2026

New

  • Run an automation on demand — a Run now button starts a scheduled automation immediately and drops you straight into its live session.
  • Cancel a running automation at any time.
  • Continue an automation in chat — pick up where a scheduled run left off and keep asking questions in a normal conversation, without disturbing the automation itself.
  • Review before it's created — when the assistant proposes an automation from chat, a confirmation dialog lets you edit the schedule, model, prompt, and notifications before saving.
  • Notify a whole team — an automation can now email one or more teammates (or just you) when it finishes; add recipients by name or free-typed email, with a one-click "Add me."
  • Create run-once automations — schedule something to run a single time instead of on a repeating cadence.
  • Run history now labels how each run started: Manual, Scheduled, or Webhook.

Improved

  • Starred replaces Pinned — star the tools, playbooks, and automations you use most and they gather at the top of Home, all in one place. No separate Pinned tab; the star toggle lives in the corner of each card.
  • More flexible automation scheduling, including a "last day of the month" option.
  • Team → Usage: automation activity now shows who created each automation and its title, with full date-and-time stamps; you can select and copy rows directly; and Recent Activity now includes automation runs and artifact creations.

Fixed

  • Cancelled automation runs now show their partial transcript instead of a blank screen or endless loading dots.
  • Assorted chat polish — steadier tool-call styling and a "working…" indicator that stays put through the whole reply.

v1.4.3 — July 4, 2026

New

  • Artifacts — the reports and charts you ask for are now saved as durable, shareable objects in a new Artifacts tab. Ask the assistant for a report or a chart and it appears right in the chat and is saved automatically.
  • Reports are full data tables — sort, filter, and page through them at any size, download the results, or copy a shareable link. Expand any in-chat report to a full-screen view.
  • Charts — line, bar, pie, and scatter — render inline and in the viewer, with hover details and one-click copy or download.
  • Generate a report straight from the Artifacts page — describe what you want and the assistant builds it for you.
  • Your report and chart data stays on your organization's own server and never leaves it; only the title, description, and layout are stored centrally.

Improved

  • Rename, describe, star, share, and delete artifacts; each card shows at a glance whether it's a report or a chart.
  • Refreshed the Account and Team Members settings screens for a cleaner, more consistent layout.

Fixed

  • Fixed a stray second message box that could appear on the new-chat screen.
  • In-chat charts are faster and no longer animate sluggishly while the assistant is responding.
  • In-chat search (⌘/Ctrl+F) now finds and highlights matches instead of always showing "0/0" — it jumps to the current match and closes automatically when you switch chats.
  • Saved reports and charts no longer nudge the page or flash their loading state twice when you reopen a conversation — they load smoothly in place.

v1.4.2 — July 3, 2026

New

  • Rate any chat — a thumbs up / down (with an optional note) now appears at the end of each conversation, so you can flag what worked and what didn't.
  • Share playbooks with your team — organization playbooks have a share link that opens straight to the playbook details.
  • Star pages — pin the pages you use most to the top of the Pages dashboard.
  • Set your organization's timezone — admins can choose a default timezone (Org Settings → General) so the assistant's "today"/"now" reasoning and scheduled automations use the right local time.

Improved

  • Attached files now stay available for the whole conversation — ask follow-up questions about a CSV or Excel file (or several at once) across turns without re-attaching. The assistant no longer "loses" a file after the first message.
  • File uploads that stall now retry automatically instead of hanging until you re-upload.
  • The assistant always has the current date and time, so time-based questions and automations stay accurate.
  • A cleaner spinner while a chat loads, and in the collapsed sidebar you can click the highlighted icon to expand it.

Fixed

  • Streamed replies containing code no longer freeze mid-message — the full response renders as it streams, without needing a reload.
  • Filters in the admin Usage tables now apply correctly, and the recent-activity feed shows meaningful playbook events (created / used).

v1.4.1 — June 30, 2026

New

  • Usage dashboard for admins — organization owners and admins get a new "Usage" section in the Team panel: see your org's chat sessions, page usage, recent activity, and AI usage (including cost), filterable by date range and paged for long lists.

Improved

  • Tables: large money values now display compactly (e.g. ₱1.8M, ₱970K) instead of getting cut off in sheets with many columns
  • Tables: click a single selected cell to see and copy its exact value, and select multiple numeric cells to see their running total in the toolbar
  • Filters: pages can now offer a date-range filter

Fixed

  • The collapsed sidebar's menu icon no longer shows a drag "ghost" when clicked

v1.4.0 — June 15, 2026

New

  • Attach CSV or Excel (.xlsx) files to chat and ask about them directly — the assistant queries the data for exact answers (row counts, totals, breakdowns) instead of guessing from a flattened preview. Works with large files, multi-sheet workbooks, and files exported in different encodings.

v1.3.11 — June 14, 2026

Improved

  • AI usage is no longer metered with visible credit balances — chat and automations just run, with AI access managed at the organization level by your admin. Low-credit warnings and limits have been removed.

v1.3.10 — June 13, 2026

Improved

  • Tables: drag the last column past the right edge of the sheet to keep widening it, and "Reset view" now restores column widths along with filters and sorting
  • Tools, Playbooks, and the dashboard show skeleton placeholders while loading instead of bouncing dots

Fixed

  • Tables: column headers and long values no longer overlap, and a resized column no longer shows a stray "…" with empty space beside it
  • Long column tooltips are no longer clipped at the top of the window
  • The Pages item in the chat sidebar comes back on its own after reconnecting — no manual refresh needed
  • The chat input no longer briefly flashes an "assistant not configured" notice while the app loads

v1.3.9 — June 11, 2026

New

  • Tables: click and drag to select a block of cells, navigate with the arrow keys (Shift+Arrow to extend a range), and copy with Cmd/Ctrl+C
  • Tables: drag a column's edge to resize it
  • One assistant per organization — your org's configured model now powers every chat and automation, so the model picker and per-chat AI settings are gone and everyone just gets "chat"

Improved

  • Tables: long cell values truncate cleanly with the full text on hover instead of stretching the column out; rows-per-page options are now 100 / 200 / 300 (default 100)
  • Tables: sorting — numeric and date columns sort high-to-low first, column headers are keyboard-operable, and agent-provided tables now sort correctly
  • Filters: pills size to their content so labels and placeholders no longer get cut off, date filters gained an active state and a clear button, and the bar no longer shifts as dropdown options load in
  • New-chat screen — a cleaner, modernized input and a softer background
  • Simplified the empty-state hint on the selection toolbar

Fixed

  • Tables: the row count and rows-per-page control no longer disappear on tables that fit on a single page
  • Clicking an already-selected card or table cell now deselects it
  • A stray "Quote" button could linger over other screens after selecting text in chat

v1.3.7 — May 26, 2026

New

  • Decision Feed — a new Pages section type that turns a queue of items into a triage workflow. Cards are wide and readable, decisions advance you to the next item automatically, and a progress pill at the top shows how far you've gotten. Click the pill to fold decided cards out of view.
  • Decision Feed keyboard shortcuts — make decisions and move through the queue without leaving the keyboard.
  • Decision Feed multi-select — shift-click between two cards to select the range, just like in tables. Selection flows into the page-level selection model so toolbar actions and the agent see the same set.
  • Detail-drawer wizard mode — actions can hand off to the next decision automatically, so a long triage flow stops requiring a click between each step.

Improved

  • Section version gating — Pages can now declare a minimum desktop version. Older clients that don't support a newer section type see a friendly "update to view this section" callout instead of a broken render.

v1.3.6 — May 25, 2026

New

  • Pages list search — when you have 6+ pages, a search field in the Pages header filters by title, description, and section
  • Multi-sheet pages preview mode — sheets cap at 60vh with a clear "click to expand" affordance, no more accidental scroll trapping on the page
  • Page card monograms — each page gets a colored letter tile drawn from its title, so the grid is easy to scan at a glance instead of an identical doc icon everywhere

Improved

  • Pulse briefing is now click-to-expand (and selectable / copyable when expanded). The "See more" toggle stays, but the entire card is now the expand target when there's overflow
  • Pulse "Ask agent" placeholder simplified to "Ask a follow-up…"
  • @ mention dropdown — clicking a row now inserts the reference (the common case); the small button on the right is now an info button that opens the details modal. Larger click target.
  • @ mention suggestions are now ranked: Pinned first (with badge), then Recent (with badge), then the rest of your library — and now include Team playbooks you haven't run yet
  • Team panel and Organization Settings now show skeleton loaders during fetches instead of a generic spinner
  • Roles & Permissions member counts now correctly include legacy members that joined before role-based access
  • Expand/Collapse button is much more visible when a sheet is expanded

Fixed

  • Pulse briefing's "See more" affordance no longer disappears after a background refresh while the card is expanded

v1.3.5 — May 21, 2026

New

  • Cmd/Ctrl+N shortcut in Chat — starts a new chat session and focuses the input

Improved

  • Library home cleanup — removed the "Next Steps" suggestion cards and the "Playbook Stats" awards section
  • Library home dedupe — playbooks shown in "Continue Where You Left Off" no longer also appear in Team Playbooks or Your Playbooks
  • Restored the Home chip at the start of the Library tab bar
  • Playbook description limit raised from 500 to 10,000 characters

v1.3.4 — May 16, 2026

New

  • Pulse — a daily agent-generated briefing at the top of the Library home page that surfaces what changed in your data
  • "Ask agent" on the briefing — start a chat about today's Pulse with the summary as context
  • Customize Pulse (org settings) — custom instructions for the agent and an optional fixed refresh time + timezone

Improved

  • Pages: page-level freshness status with "stale data" indication when worker syncs lag
  • Pages: section titles render above each section for clearer page hierarchy
  • Pages: file-upload and picker action types in the action toolbar
  • Action toolbar buttons evaluate page-context conditions to gate availability dynamically

v1.3.3 — April 30, 2026

Improved

  • Filter bar polish — visible chip borders, search icons on text filters, and dedicated X buttons to clear individual freeform filters
  • "Clear filters" promoted to a proper button so it's easier to spot
  • Single-table pages now scroll naturally through the page — all rows flow in-page instead of being trapped inside an internal table scrollbar
  • Card description tooltips render with a consistent style across the app

Fixed

  • Copying a row selection no longer duplicates rows when the selection mixed plain-click with shift-click range extension
  • Copied CSV rows now follow the table's visual order, regardless of the order they were clicked

v1.3.2 — April 17, 2026

New

  • Cell-level selection in tables — click a cell to select just that cell, shift-click to select a rectangular range, ⌘/Ctrl-click to multi-select
  • Copy cell ranges as tab-separated values — pastes directly into Excel and Google Sheets without any conversion dialog
  • Right-click "Copy" inside a selection now copies the whole selection (label shows "Copy Range" or "Copy N Rows")

Improved

  • Shift-click row and cell selection matches Excel — the anchor stays put across successive shift-clicks instead of walking
  • Row selection moved to the first (gutter) column so the rest of the row is free for cell-level interaction
  • Three-state column sort in tables — click to sort ascending, again for descending, again to clear
  • Keyboard shortcut hints moved inline with the selection toolbar
  • Selection badge is now clickable to clear selection
  • Subtle loading indicator when table data is refreshing
  • Agent sidebar: copy conversation button, auto-resize input on suggestion click

Fixed

  • Copying a selection after the table refreshes now uses the latest data instead of stale values
  • Pagination bug where every page returned the same rows
  • Column filters on numeric values (e.g. filtering IPS = 99000) now work correctly
  • Column filters now reset to page 1 instead of staying on the current page
  • Removed stale "Updated Nm ago" label from tables
